I am Mandy, NCTM. I am a pianist, collaborator, teacher and a mom who loves music and kids. I believe music shapes lives and benefits everyone. I teach virtual piano lessons, via Skype and Facetime. I have taught many students, ranging from beginning levels to early advanced levels.
I am a native of Hong Kong, where I have participated in music festivals and competitions and won many awards for piano performance. I study piano performance at Brigham Young University-Idaho. I have participated in master classes with Dr. John Bloomfield and guest pianist Josh Wright. I accompanied for the Women’s choir, Men’s choir, and Concert choir with Dr. Eda Ashby and Dr. Rebecca Lord at BYU-Idaho. I was a judge for the UVMTA Spring Festival 2016 in Rexburg, Idaho. I finished Grade 8 from the England Royal Conservatory of Music and qualified for professional piano teaching. I am a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music and a member of MTNA and IMTA.
